Shipping Policy

Dispatch time

Orders approved by 2pm on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. After that, the next business day. Bank-slip payments only start counting once they clear, which takes 1 to 3 business days.

The delivery estimate appears at checkout, calculated from your address, and starts counting from dispatch, not from purchase.

Shipping cost

The cost is calculated at checkout from the destination, weight and dimensions of the order. Before you finish, you see the price and the estimate for every available option.

Tracking

As soon as the order is dispatched we email you the tracking code. The code usually takes up to 24 business hours to start showing movement on the carrier's site.

Wrong address

Check the address before you finish. If the order comes back because the address was incomplete or wrong, or because nobody was there after the delivery attempts, reshipping depends on a new shipping payment.

International shipping

We serve professionals outside Brazil. Orders ship from Brazil and, in those cases, import duties, customs fees and clearance costs are the buyer's responsibility and are charged by the destination country, not by us. Delivery can take longer because of customs inspection, which is outside our control and the carrier's.
