Returns and Exchanges

We want the tool to arrive right and intact. When that does not happen, these are your rights and how to exercise them.

Change of mind: 7 days

For online purchases, article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code gives you the right to cancel within 7 calendar days of delivery, with no need to give a reason. We refund the full amount, shipping included, and the cost of sending it back is ours.

The product has to come back in resalable condition: unused, in its original packaging and with every accessory.

Faulty product

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the legal warranty is 90 days from delivery, under article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code. Write to us describing the problem, with a photo or video if you can. We have up to 30 days to resolve it, and the remedy may be repair, replacement with an identical item, or a refund, under article 18 of the same code.

Wrong item or transit damage

If a different item arrived, or the packaging arrived opened or damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of both the packaging and the product. The exchange and all shipping involved are on us.

How to request it

Write to contato@cabinedacor.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason. We send the return label and the instructions. Do not send the product back before talking to us: without the label, the return can get lost on the way.

Refund timing

Once the product arrives and is checked, the refund is processed within 10 business days. On a credit card, the reversal shows on the next statement or the one after, depending on the issuer's calendar. On Pix or bank transfer, we refund to the account you give us.

International orders

For deliveries outside Brazil the cancellation window is the same, but the cost of returning the item and any import taxes are the buyer's, except where the product arrived faulty or wrong.
