Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Cabine da Cor collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can require of us. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, the LGPD).

What we collect

When you buy, we collect your name, identification number, email, phone and delivery and billing address. Payment is handled by partner financial institutions: your card details go straight to them and are never stored on our servers.

When you only browse, we collect IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referral source, through cookies and similar technologies.

When you contact us by form, email or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation so we can follow up.

Why we use it

• To perform the contract: process your order, charge, ship, invoice and support.
• To meet a legal obligation: keep tax and accounting records for the periods the law requires.
• Legitimate interest: prevent fraud, measure how the store performs and improve the buying experience.
• With your consent: send news and offers by email or WhatsApp. You can withdraw that consent at any time, with no effect on purchases already made.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with the parties that carry out part of the operation: the e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, carriers, invoicing services, and analytics and email tools. We may also share data under a court order or a request from a competent authority.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfer

Cabine da Cor operates in Brazil and in the United States, and some of our technology providers keep servers outside Brazil. In those cases your data may be transferred and processed abroad, always under the safeguards set out in article 33 of the LGPD.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the period required by tax law, counted from the purchase. Contact data for communication is kept for as long as your consent lasts. Once the purpose is fulfilled, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right to confirm that we process your data, to access it, to correct anything incomplete or wrong, to request anonymisation or deletion of what is unnecessary, to request portability, to know who we share it with, and to withdraw consent.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies, which make the cart and login work, and analytics and marketing cookies, which depend on your permission. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may stop working.
